<li>用开通宽带的手机号码拨打运营商电话，转人工；</li>
|
||
<li>告诉客服，说：清除本机号码绑定的宽带的端口数据；</li>
|
||
<li>等待客服回复“已清除”；</li>
|
||
<li>告诉客服，说：解绑；</li>
|
||
<li>可能会需要服务密码，如果用户记得服务密码可以使用服务密码，否则交给用户 报一下身份证号码；</li>
|
||
<li>等待客服回复“已解绑”</li>
|
||
<li>拔下网线，等待 20 ~ 30 秒后插上；</li>
|
||
<li>拨号，一般可以完美解决；</li>
|
||
<li>如果不行，可以重新拨打电话操作。</li>
