# 错误代码813
*“PPPoE拨号连接处于活动状态。”(another connection is using....)*
## 现象
联通宽带拨号失败，提示错误代码`813`
## 原因
电脑创建了多个宽带连接，且多个宽带连接同时在进行拨号
> 先看看有没有已经连上了。。。
## 解决
1. 删掉没用的宽带连接，重建宽带连接
2. 跑神器，重启
3. 打开命令行，输入`rasdial /DISCONNECT`，重启（必须重启）
